The Kimberly Trip @ Lufton Runner
Tonight at Lufton Runner, the Kimberly Trip, a band from the community of Fair Oaks in Tellus’ California region, became the third act in our Tellurian Music Series. Beautiful clouds filled the sky, though with no sign of rain throughout the night; in the end, the clouds provided the perfect backdrop for what was to come in the concert.
After a surprise appearance by Sticky Gaff during the opening act, The Kimberly Trip took the stage to a full audience. They entertained the crowd with many of their favorite tunes and even previews of their upcoming album.
During the performance of “I Wanna Date Your Avatar,” the entire sky over the Luf turned pink — an unplanned and unexplainable effect (though there are many theories). The crowd was stunned. The pink glow, which could be seen from much of the City, faded during the next song, “Second to Fade.”
If you didn’t make it to the concert, you can still trade Tellurian funds for their music. We’re always looking for future acts to appear at Lufton Runner; if you want to be next contact booking @ luftonrunner dot com.
